Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and we offer FREE shipping in our store.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from Tokyo Japan. It takes around 1-2 days for us to process your order for shipping. Once it is shipped, the arrival time will be 1-3 weeks.
Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Base on information we were given by our shipping partners, the most likely case is the custom fee & duty can be avoided in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, countries in the European Union, Norway, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Anywhere else, we have to check with our shipping agent. We try our best to help you minimize custom fees and taxes but sometimes there are unlucky packages.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with JP Post tracking link. Please allow 24 hrs for the link to show any information.
Why is tracking link not working yet?
Do you have a store where I can see and touch the products?
Unfortunately, we do not have physical shops yet, we are an online shop only.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you find yourself in the situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know – contact us with the form within 24 hours. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.
